The company was founded by three partners. The company's CEO is Lesław Pawlaczyk, an IT specialist with over 20 years of experience. Our COO is Rafał Kaniewski, a project management specialist. Our CFO has over 10 years of experience in the finances of small and medium-sized enterprises. The diversity of our team's experience, as well as good cooperation combined with a passion for creating innovative and socially necessary solutions, means that we devote all our energy and knowledge to our project.
Our marketing specialist is Wiktoria Grabowska, a specialist with several years of experience in the marketing and sales industry.
The creators hope that the system will save the eyesight of many people who may have had difficulties in accessing healthcare until now, e.g. due to location, disability or the time needed to travel to a specialist. The system itself will not replace doctors, but it will be a tool supporting their work.
Our history
The idea of writing a system supporting the recognition of fundus images was born in the last two years thanks to the intensive substantive support of the company founder by his friend from his university days. Thanks to the persistence and unwavering faith of this wonderful friend, the company founder decided to try his hand at creating a startup.
Over the last few years, the company founder met interesting people working in the startup field, who were interested and intrigued by the aforementioned idea. Thanks to joining forces and mutual support, it was possible to create the first business plan, which was supported by the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency.
Then fair and hard work, which allowed the development of innovative software, which, after approval by PARP, allowed the start of research and development work on the target product.
